Patience is very important when stretching: a healthy ear hole needs time, the following times should not be undercut:
- 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm = 1 month
- 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm = 1 month
- 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm = 1 month
- 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm = 1 month
- 3.0 mm to 4.0 mm = 2 months
- 4.0 mm to 5.0 mm = 2 months
- 5.0 mm to 6.0 mm = 2 months
- 6.0 mm to 8.0 mm = 2 months
- 8.0 mm to 10.0 mm = 2 months
