Leaf Ear Piercings at PiercingXXL: our selection
Discover our collection of over 80 leaf ear piercings at PiercingXXL, available in silver, gold, and rose gold, with some models crafted from titanium. You can choose designs adorned with zirconia or crystal stones in a radiant crystal color to enhance your style. We offer various shapes and closures for you, including flat back labrets, internal threads, hinged clicker rings, and threadless push-in options.
Shapes, Materials, and Combinations
Leaf helix piercings are the most popular: a labret with a leaf branch follows the curve of the upper ear rim and looks especially harmonious there. For a Helix Piercing and a conch, push-in or internally threaded labrets are ideal, while rings with leaves are great for the helix and earlobes. If you wear multiple studs, you can combine leaves of different sizes to create a small vine along your ear. You can find an overview of all shapes in our Ear Piercing collection.
Almost half of the leaf models are made of ASTM F136 titanium, alongside 316L surgical steel and brass. Brass is fashion jewelry and only meant for healed piercings; for fresh piercings, you should choose titanium. Our gold-colored models feature a high-quality gold plating or a durable gold-colored coating.
Our Practical Advice
Leaf-shaped marquise stones have pointed ends that can catch in your hair. When inserting them, point the tips upwards or towards the center of the ear. This way, your Leaf Ear Piercings will be comfortable to wear, even when brushing your hair.
Frequently Asked Questions About Leaf Ear Piercingsss
Which leaf piercing suits the helix?
Labrets with a flat backplate and a leaf branch pointing slightly upwards at an angle are perfect for the helix. The bar length should fit your healed piercing channel so the top sits flush against the skin.
Are helix leaves also available as rings?
Yes, there are bendable rings with leaves and clicker rings with dangling leaves. Rings have a more playful vibe, whereas labrets sit closer to the ear.
Can I wear a Leaf Ear Piercings in my conch?
Labrets with small to medium-sized leaf motifs work best in the conch. Large branches can easily stick out in the auricle and might get in the way when you are on the phone.
How your ear piercing heals
Clean twice a day with sterile saline solution and only touch with clean hands.
Do not change the initial jewelry and do not sleep on the pierced side.
An earlobe is usually healed after six to twelve weeks. Cartilage like a helix or tragus takes six to twelve months.
Once everything is calm, you can insert new jewelry – in the same gauge as before.
These times are guidelines; every healing process is different. In case of severe pain, swelling, or pus, please consult your piercing studio or a doctor.
